Shipping policy

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:


All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. 
Purchases are not shipped to PO Boxes. 

In order to estimate the total delivery time on purchases, please allow up to two business days for your order to ship. This is in addition to the selected shipping method (Ground, Two Day or Overnight). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. ANOMIS is not responsible for unanticipated delays. If you need your packages to require a signature upon arrival please contact us prior to submitting your order. 

  • GROUND USPS (3-5 Business days) - $5.00 
  • GROUND UPS (3-4 Business days) - $10.00
  • TWO DAY - $25.00 - Free on purchases over $250
  • OVERNIGHT - $50.00 
  • INTERNATIONAL - $25.00

Please note: Overnight shipping applies to the next business day only. To receive your order by Friday, it must be placed before 2 PM EST on Thursday. Orders placed after this time will arrive the following business day typically Monday - unless its a holiday.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping via FEDEX, DHL, and USPS. Additional duties and taxes may occur depending on the region in which you live. We are not responsible for additional shipping/tax charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.


CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
ANOMIS is not liable for any custom clearance fees or delays a customer may experience due to customs.

Customs costs are determined by your local customs office and is out of our control. If a customer chooses to reject a parcel due to custom fees, the customer will be liable to pay any returned shipping costs.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

ANOMIS is not held liable for packages lost or stolen upon delivery. If you would like to increase security on your order, please contact us to request a Signature Requirement for the delivery of your package prior to ordering or write it in your order notes. This can decrease the likelihood of stolen items. 

For orders lost in transit, please contact your post office or delivery service before notifying us. We kindly ask that you have an incident number or similar identification of a claim with the post office or service before you reach out to us.

 

TRACKING:

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. We provide tracking numbers contained within the shipment notification email when your order leaves our distribution center and maintain a tracking number for each delivery. RETURNS:

ANOMIS hopes you love your order as much as we did making it. In the event that you need to return, you have 14 days from the fulfillment date to make a return for store credit or refund. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you credit. Returns take 2-3 days to process.

For credits to be accepted, all items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and the same condition that you received it in. ANOMIS reserves the right to refuse a return if the criteria above are not met. For this reason, we suggest that all items be tried on for fit and style in a delicate manner. Items that are returned without a garment bag, with marks , or with snags may not be accepted and will be sent back to you without a refund at the customer's expense. We strongly advise all customers to check merchandise thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging. For any discrepancies with your order please contact us immediately. 

To schedule your return, please visit our Returns portal. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please place your new and unused items in their original, undamaged garment bag. Attach the return label outside of the shipping bag. Reseal the bag and drop it off at your shipping company of choice at your earliest convenience.


SALE ITEMS: 

Sale items can only be exchanged for store credit. NO REFUNDS will be given for sale items. Bikinis and intimates are FINAL SALE only when on promotion. 

 

MADE TO ORDER: 

All made to order products are FINAL SALE. By completing check out you accept our terms of this being a non refundable and non exchangeable item. 

 

PRE-ORDER:

Pre-order items are able to be canceled anytime before the item ships. If the item is cancelled before it ships a refund will be issued. 



STORE CREDIT:

We happily issue store credit in the form of a gift card. Simply use your unique code for payment at checkout on your next order with us! Store credit expires within 5 years of purchase.
